Services

We clearly outline our services and rates so campaigns can make informed decisions with confidence.

  • Best for: First-time candidates and new committees getting off the ground

This package is designed to take a campaign from an idea to compliant and operational. We handle the administrative and compliance setup so your campaign can begin fundraising and reporting correctly from day one.

    The Services

I assist with the foundational compliance and administrative steps required to legally operate a federal campaign committee, including:

    • Filing for the committee’s Employer Identification Number (EIN)

    • Assisting with campaign bank account setup (including required documentation and coordination with the bank)

    • Setting up and configuring a donation platform, including ActBlue or Numero (client choice)

    • Assisting with committee registration and initial FEC filings

      • Federal filing deadlines start fast. Once a candidate crosses the $5,000 threshold, FEC Form 2 (Statement of Candidacy) is due within 15 days, and the authorized campaign committee must file FEC Form 1 (Statement of Organization) within 10 days of designation. PACs are required to register by filing Form 1 within 10 days of formation.

      • We assist with preparing and submitting required initial filings and electronic filing credentials. Because these deadlines are triggered by campaign activity, the ability to meet them depends on when a campaign or PAC engages services and provides required information. Early engagement allows us to reduce risk, avoid missed filings, and ensure reporting begins correctly.

    • Establishing basic compliance workflows to prepare for ongoing reporting

All services are provided as administrative and compliance support. Final authorization and legal responsibility remain with the committee and treasurer.

Typical Deliverables(may vary, based on the campaigns discussed needs)

    • EIN confirmation

    • Bank account opened and linked to donation platform

    • Donation platform live and tested

    • Initial FEC paperwork prepared and filed

    • Campaign ready to receive and report contributions in coordination with our compliance services, should the relationship continue beyond the completion of this initial service

    Pricing
    $1,500 – $3,000 one-time onboarding fee

Final pricing can be disclosed as a flat onboarding fee or as an hourly package with a defined cap.

  • Best for: Candidates and committees running for state or local office (Governor, Mayor, City Council, County, School Board, Judicial races, and local ballot initiatives)

State and local campaign finance compliance varies significantly by jurisdiction and often involves unique filing schedules, reporting thresholds, contribution limits, and disclosure rules. This service provides administrative compliance support to help campaigns meet their reporting obligations accurately and on time under applicable state and local laws.

    The Service

I provide administrative and compliance support for state and local campaigns, tailored to the requirements of the relevant state ethics commission, election board, or local filing authority.

    • Review of donor limits, source restrictions, and reporting thresholds

    • Tracking filing deadlines specific to the jurisdiction

    • Preparing and electronically or manually submitting reports, depending on agency requirements

    • Maintaining organized, audit-ready compliance records

Because state and local compliance rules differ widely by jurisdiction, services are scoped based on the specific office sought, filing authority, and reporting frequency discussed with the client.

All services are administrative and compliance-focused. Final authorization, certification, and legal responsibility remain with the candidate, committee, and treasurer.

    Pricing

$175-200 per hour (rates may vary depending on the state and jurisdictional requirements)
    10-hour monthly minimum

    • Minimums apply per month, not per filing

    • Monthly minimums ensure adequate time for jurisdiction-specific review, reconciliation, and accurate submission

    • Additional hours may be required for high-activity periods such as pre-election reporting windows

State and local compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction. Services are customized based on the applicable election authority, reporting calendar, and campaign activity.

Don't Wait To Get Complaint!

Many first-time candidates don’t realize that FEC deadlines can begin before fundraising ramps up. Missing an early filing is one of the most common, and costly mistakes.
